I'm thinking of getting a telescope. I live in the netherlands. I have a big important question!

Do you think i could contact the city council or something to discuss these incredibly bright lights? I feel like just putting a telescope behind our garden wall isn't enough.

Just had my first departure in the training server from an airport with atc and i have some questions
Departed from EGLL today for the first time. It was quite busy, but i got to the runway eventually.
This is my question: I was told to line up and wait, which i did, but then, while there was still one aircraft DIRECTLY in front of me, i was cleared for takeoff? I waited until he left and then i took off, but it seemed really hectic.
Something else that happend is that after taking off, i requested frequency change because departure was available. (and i am new so i thought thats what i'm supposed to do, correct me if i'm wrong.) So i requested frequency change AFTER DEPARTING and i was CLEARED FOR LANDING? I dunno what happend man, but it was hectic and i hope i didn't do anything wrong.
I honestly believe ATC was overloaded because there were 3 occasions where an aircraft was lined up to takeoff, and another aircraft would just fly over it and land.

I'm very please, though i did make some mistakes.
I also have a big question, it for some reason did not count on my profile, my profile still says i have 0 flight hours, landing, and flights.
