Don’t stress too much
Usmd
Passed step 1
Step 2: 244
Step 3: 222
Pgy1 neurology, had lackluster IM rotations. Took step 2 at the end of M3, and took step 3 in the spring of pgy1. Was burnt out by the time step studying rolled around and honestly did not study much.

Maybe 10 ccs cases
Just cram biostats, review any areas you feel uncomfortable with. Go through a few cases in ccs to get the feel but just use clinical judgement and you’ll be fine. Maybe one or two cases on the real thing where I had no clue what they wanted from me, no bad outcomes, very few auto ended. Studied about 1.5 weeks. Felt completely like I failed but idk, I made it this far and if I had to retake my program was supportive. But it ended up fine. Not the best score in the world but who cares.
Wanted to add my data point, as a below average usmd I was able to pass comfortably with little prep. Obviously everyone is different but I think as long as you passed step 1 without retakes, and passed step 2 with a reasonable score, step 3 should be cake.
So happy to be done with these ridiculous tests and move on with my life.
