Hello! Just curious sa mga accountants dito, especially sa senior/supervisory/managerial (middle) roles. Common ba talaga sa lahat na mag work during weekends and holidays during closings? I know expected na sa industry yung OTs during closings pero pati talaga weekend and holidays? uumay na ko gusto ko ulit lumipat pero baka same same lang din naman 🥲
