Help WTF even is my title?!
I just moved to the UK, and I’ve been looking for a new position for about 5 months. I’ve had some traction, don't get me wrong. I made it to the final round of interviews at my dream org, and in total, maybe three screening calls and two interviews. My problem is I feel like my method for choosing what to apply to is barely better than closing my eyes and pointing at an Indeed listing.
My last job was my first out of university, and I was really lucky to love it. But like a lot of NGOs, from what I hear, job titles are broad, and you end up doing a little of everything. I know I don't have that much experience, but I want to grow in what I do. Unless I know what trajectory I’m even on, I feel stuck and like I’m wasting recruiters' time. So, can you guys tell me, from a recruiter's perspective, which job titles this person is applying for? I’m starting to fear I’m not actually qualified for anything.
For additional context, I’m in my early 30s and a late-in-life college grad.
TLDR: Who/what does this CV read as? What roles does this person fit in?
