I have a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country with 165k miles. We've had it for about 6-8 months, runs great but recently I've had an issue.

I noticed it first going up hill at approximately 25mph, my RPM's were holding steady at 2,000 but then they started bouncing a little. Up to 2300, down to 1500, then back to 2000.

After that I noticed it a few more times even on mostly flat roads. It doesn't always do it but it's been pretty frequent recently.

I took it to my mechanic today and he did a smoke test for vacuum leaks and an overall diagnostic and said he was unable to find any issues. Has anyone had this issue before?
