Night shift worker
So I work night shifts every other Thursday for five nights. I’m on medication and I go to sleep around 11:00 am and wake up at 19:00 pm and I just can’t get myself to do anything until I have to be at work at 23:00 pm. It’s like when I’m on night shifts my body is in survival mode until I have to go to work.
Looking for any kind of suggestions because I really want to be able to have a routine during this time because it really messes up my off week.
