Class B Driver Shenanigans

Im driving through Houston right now finishing the last leg of this O’Reilly delivery for another driver and everything was going as smooth as you can expect from this part of Texas. I get to one of my last turns before the drop and there’s construction so the split 2-way 4 lane road was condensed to the 2 lanes on the right. I’m about to turn left when my light turns green and I see it’s a decent sized intersection that would give me enough room to swing around and make that left as long as the car on the inside backed up to where this mixer truck was stopped. Well I cut around, start straightening my trailer out when last minute the mixer truck shoots right up behind the inside car preventing them from continuing to back up. I threw my hands up in frustration but the whole time he was blowing his horn and apparently being impatient because I assume he wanted to make his right turn before it took me maybe 10 seconds to finish my turn. He refused to back off of the car and forced them to drive through the intersection so he could go. I’ve been pulling trailers for about 5 years now civilian side and anytime I hit a snag on the road when it comes to another driver thinking they control the road it always seems to be an impatient local class b driver. Anyone else run into these problems?

Got a choice between 2 trucks and wanna pick right

1: 2022 KW T680 with 380k on the dash
All cabinet doors and the drawers are missing but other than that she’s clean and well maintained

2: 2023 Freightliner Cascadia with the same mileage
Everything on the inside is good except the top shelf/bunk is jammed shut and there are a good amount of lights on the dash.
Recommendations?

EDIT: Only reason I didn’t jump straight to the KE is due to the fact our mechanics don’t keep KW parts in house, but they do for all other makes
