I installed ollama and set up an llm (qwen 3.5 2b) and I wanted to use it in ai websites that utilize proxies and api keys.

I'm on windows and downloaded ollama, docker and open webui for the interface and ease of use. But I don't even know how to open open webui on my phone. I'm not really tech savvy... thanks in advance
