Hello~! I want to preface this by saying this is my first time in this sub (so apologies in advance if I make any mistakes 🙏) but also im a soon to be graduate and trying to take my first step into the work force has been stressful to say the least so im not sure if this me worrying needlessly or not 😅

So I had applied for and was given a phone interview for a job (last Tuesday) that I thought I was a strong candidate for (given my background and experiences) and despite it being a half an hour long midway my interviewer said they found my answers to be well thought out, shown that i had a good understanding of the community we aimed to work with, had said that they no longer had any questions for me and they wanted to proceed to schedule me for an additional interview with the manager for this Friday (May 8th). I spent the rest of the time asking them about their role, the challenges they faced and what they appreciated about the organization, and possible benefits that came with the role and they informed me that they would be sending an email out last Friday to confirm my next interview. And this may have been a large mistake on my part but ive been taught to always reach out afterwards to thank the interviewer for their time and it completely slipped my mind and by the time I remembered it was already late into the week. So I guess my questions are:

Have I completely ruined my chances? Should I reach out to my interviewer and ask for a follow up? When should I do so given the time line ive mentioned but can clarify here (phone interview April 29th, was told confirmation email to be sent May 1st, it is now May 5th and it has been radio silence)?
