Im currently 25, 5 foot 8 and currently weight 79kg. Last December of 2025 I was 85kg, after 4 months of working out I lost about 6kg. I'm not really sure if this is a slow progress or regular. I mainly eat only 2x a day and work out for 2 or 3 hours.
I know that comparison is the thief of joy but I can't help to compare myself to those that I see on social media, where they take medicines that helps loose weight.
What got my attention was the use of peptide. I have seen people that I know really loose weight by using the said product and losed more weight than me even though they started working out late than me.
Is it really that effective and is it safe? If yes what brand can you suggest.
