Yesterday (3rd May) saw this offer on their website where rx 9060xt 16gb nitro plus was going for 42k , confirmed with them on whatsApp this was a offer only limited for yesterday and even talked on call with the sales guy and he confirmed it was the 16gb variant and it's limited time sale deal. So I trusted and ordered yesterday and I was promised it will be shipped today (4th May). But today I got a call from them and the person said that there was a technical issue in their website yesterday and the real price is 52k instead of 42k , asked me to pay the difference I refused to that, and they said they would refund so I agreed for that. When I asked how much time it would take they said business 5-7 days and cannot be quicker because of some shitty bank policy. Now I am stuck here cannot even order other card and had to suffer inconvenience because of their mistake. I am just ranting because of my bad experience and dont know what to do.
Tldr : Ordered rx 9060xt 16gb on sale for 42k from Vishal Peripherals yesterday and now they are saying the offer was a technical glitch and the refund would take 7 business days now my money is stuck there.
