Has anyone gotten a similar response from USCIS live support/Emma agent on a pending I-140 NIW premium processing case?
I contacted a live agent and this was the update I got:
- Final review done: Feb 23
- Background checks completed: Feb 24
- “Final final review” done: April 15
- Agent said my case on the 48th day and is “about ready to give a decision and she does not see any negative”
I still haven’t received an approval or RFE.
I know live agents can sometimes give generic info, but this sounded unusually specific so I’m trying not to overread it.
Has anyone received similar wording like “final final review” or “about ready to give a decision”? If yes, how long after that update did you hear back?
My status reads case is still being processed. I’m from the 39 ban countrie.
Initial filling- last year
Pp February 2026
Would really appreciate hearing from anyone with a similar experience.
