I’m planning to get into this game now that it’s available on PC. Does anyone have a solid build guide for a D3-FNC-style setup similar to the one from the division 1.

I’m looking for a tank-focused build that can absorb a lot of damage with a shield while still putting out strong DPS using an SMG or shotgun. I used to play a ton of the division 1 back in the day before taking a long break, and from what I’ve heard, this game has a lot of similarities to it.

Is there any good program that's able to do this without spending a fortune on credits or monthly services that you all know of?
