What are your drying SOPs?
I grow and dry in a 2x4 tent. I've had some issues with overdrying in the past, so i wanted to ask you guys how you approach it.
My lung room is between 68 and 75°. That will not be changing. There is no AC, nor will there be. The ambient humidity is about 30%, though i have a humidifier for the room that can bring it up to whatever i like.
Last harvest, i ran my exhaust fan continuously at low speed with the lung room set at 60% humidity and overdried the weed in a week. This time, I have the lung room set at 50% and am running the tent fan only when the humidity inside reaches 65%, bringing it down to 58, then turning the fan off, hoping this yields a better result.
What do your processes look like for drying? How do you deal with out-of-spec temps? I don't mind drying quickly, but I do want to avoid overdrying again.
My grow and environment are all controlled by a controller i wrote, so i can adjust the logic to do whatever is needed.
I am not looking to buy a wine fridge or any fancy pants drying tech- there shouldn't be any reason except skill that i cant dry well in my environment.
