Why is the water *always* brown

I had the travel day from hell and I get home to bathe my kid at 8 and the water is brown. Again.

“Water main work” is the excuse but it’s hard to accept that when every other place I’ve lived has done water main work without this problem a few times a month.

Watch out! 89SB between mm32 and 33!

There’s a gnarly af pothole in the left lane there that ate one of my tires. While we were waiting for a pickup, two other cars got got.
