This will be terrible for the surrounding area, which already has problems with flooding and street parking.

There is a small river directly behind the construction site, and bats live in the area.

Any advice on how to ensure this doesn't get planning permission? The developers seem very confident that approval from NI Water and the Council will be granted.

I make 45k, my wife isn't working (she is a recent migrant (finance visa) and not entitled to govt funds).
