Hi, I have a My Cloud PR 2100 server with two 14 TB hard drives. I formatted both hard drives and then transferred all my movies and TV shows from another hard drive, but now I can only access content via Plex Live. I also have access to my watchlist, but I can’t watch the movies in the watchlist; none of the movies and TV shows I put on my hard drives are showing up. Before, I only had one 14 TB drive and was in RAID mode. Now I’ve added another 14 TB drive and set the whole thing to JBOD (Just a Bunch of Disks) mode. Could someone point me to a link that might help me solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
