How’s My Pull-Up Form? Beginner to Calisthenics
Hi everyone! I’m looking for feedback on my pull-up form and execution. I’m 47 years old, 5’8, and weigh 70 kg. I’m a complete beginner to calisthenics and have only recently started incorporating pull-ups into my training. I’d really appreciate any advice on my range of motion, body positioning, tempo, or anything else I can improve. Thanks in advance!
