Is there really any point in expanding the park like with the extra expansions gamepass and that far cause no guests even come i tried to make a monorail to the end of the park but Noone rides it even though its free and if they do they just get on ride to the end and then walk back to the entrance area is there any way to get more people to ride the monorail.

also is there any way to increase average guest count past 170 cause for me its been stuck there for like a few months and most of them just congregate in a few areas so much of the park is just empty.
