Do I have a case?
I have no clue if I have any footing here so that’s why I’m asking
So in 2020 I was 18 and I had a spontaneous interacracranial hemorrhage or a brain bleed. I was in a coma for 2 weeks and had emergency brain surgery to relieve the swelling. When I was in my coma I was put in an iv and the concentration was too high and too fast and it stopped my heart for 9 seconds. I now have POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) for years when I would ask my doctors what caused my brain bleed they would just say they didn’t know. Yesterday I had an appointment and we were talking about it again and my dr hinted that it was birth control.
I had the nexplanon implant taken out Friday and Sunday I started the pill I took it at about 6 pm and at 7/8ish pm is when my brain bleed started. I can still work with medication but only part time with my POTS. And I also somehow got neuropathy that no one can understand why. My bleed was on the right side of my brain so I should have neuropathy on my left side but it’s on my right.
Also this is Minnesota if that changes anything.
What I’m wondering is do I have a case here? Or is this just a big coincidence that I’ll be wondering about for the rest of my life?
Update?: thank you for everyone’s thoughts. I was curious to see if i had any footing to do anything legally. I’m only 24 now. I can only get retail jobs which doesn’t pay much so I was hoping maybe I could win a case to help me financially.i have 10k in debt from missing work, specialist appointments that insurance won’t cover, trying to go back to school but realizing I just wouldn’t be able to make it work. Thank you for everyone’s thoughts who gave kind thoughtful advice.
