No appetite 2 weeks in

I'm two weeks into my no sugar journey. I even kicked it up an additional notch and am not eating any white, processed, starchy, fast disgesting carbs.

My carb sources are sweet potatoes, fruit, and beans. I feel great! Energy is actually stable throughout the day, my sleep is better, my brain fog is way better.

Thing is, my appetite has decreased SO much it's insane. Where I used to be snackish an hour after eating on my previous diet (lots of processed foods and sugar), I kind of have to force myself to eat at meal time now.

My hunger sensation has also changed, I no longer feel like my stomach cramps when I'm hungry. Just maybe a dip in energy is my cue to eat, but no real appetite. The only time I feel some appetite is first thing in the morning.

Did you experience an appetite increase or decrease when cutting out sugar? Did it stay that way beyond the short term, or did it level back out again eventually?

I was reminded why, when watching some clips from the first movie. This may be obvious to some, but I just caught this today lol, be kind.

Ever wondered why that first shot Neytiri lands on Quaritch is a little skewed to the right of his heart? I always figured it was just a reasonable margin of error given her distance and idk, probably panic at her mate about to be killed. But no. No. I didn't give our girl nearly enough credit.

I realized that duh, Jake is dangling in FRONT of Quaritch. From Neytiri's vantage point behind Jake, she had just enough time to get just a bit to the right of both of them.

From there, there was probably just a SLIVER of visible Quaritch torso to the right of Jake's ribs; LOOK how close that arrow came to Jake as it whizzed past him.

There was NO margin of error: she landed that first shot exactly where she wanted to, RIGHT past Jake's liver into Quaritch.

The second shot was dead center on his heart, because he had dropped Jake by then and her shot was totally clear.

But wow. Imagine the calm and reflexive aim that it takes to be that precise, and under the risk of killing the very husband you are trying to save. I always knew her aim was amazing, I've seen her shoot many a pilot in their cockpit.

But we're talking about a matter of INCHES here. Maybe even centimeters. Neytiri is terrifying and I love her.
