Help, blister, what to do
I went running today, two weeks out from my marathon. I’m doing the tapering and with getting my stuff ready I was less focused than usual and forgot my running shoes. Instead of skipping the run I did it anyway because I already had to skip two runs this week and it was a long but super easy run. Figured it would be fine. It wasn’t and I have a giant blister on my big toe and two small ones between my toes.
What now? Do I stop running until they are gone? Do I prick them open hoping they heal faster? Do I run but with blister plasters on them? I really don’t wanna fuck up even more than I already did.
