I booked at the Hilton Anchorage for my and my family for vacations some days in June before going to other places in Alaska. I pre-paid and have no refund if cancel. But today I was looking to reviews and it looks pretty bad. It surprised me as it was not cheap and its a Hilton. is really that bad?
