Switched from cigaretts to a geek bar am i actually killing myself quicker?

Dont know jack about vapes ive been smoking ciggaretts for years but ciggaretts are bad and ive been told vapings a little better. I picked up a disposable from a vape shop just to try it out and its a geek bar pulse x. Honestly did not know they were from china. Ive been hitting it pretty hard for 3 days now. My lungs dint feel right which is what tipped me off that something was wrong and thats when i realized their china sweatshop garbage. Tell it to me straight how bad are these things really? Is this thing actually killing me faster? Should i just rid of it before i loose a lung?

I work blue collar I used to drink id have 2-3 miller high life beers after work every day and every weekend id go through a whole bottle of honey whiskey or normal whiskey in one day till I blacked out. Sometimes on my weekends drinking would start in the morning or sometimes I had work that needed done or places i needed to drive so drinking wouldn't start till like 5 in the afternoon but regardless the bottle was empty or close to at the end of the day every weekend. I didnt do shots id just drink straight from the bottle. I did this for a long time tried quitting alcohol 5 different times but failed id do fine till the weekend rolled around.

So tldr. 2 beers after work every day and id get blackout drunk once every week.

I decided one day to try trading my vice for another less harmful one instead and decided to try cannabis since my job doesnt drug test. It worked as ive been alcohol free for a 6 months now. With cannabis i mainly vape it with vapes i get from the online market(i never smoked before this) or i take it with an edible or seltzer sometimes that i also get from the online market. I only ever hit it on my weekends never during the work week.

tldr i hit cannabis vapes or edibles only on my weekends now Mostly vapes

I am wondering which is worse for me long term? Is what im doing now actually hurting me more than what i was doing before?
