Need help

I'm applying for my USME step one. I made an intellect account and applied for the ECFMD certification. Paid my $580 and now the account status shows accepted. Ah and account established. I have not received any kind of email from anyone. But my account status shows ah accepted.
Now when I try putting the Intel's ID my Intel ID on to the FSMB account ah that I made. And I put the rest of the information like my name and et cetera. They say they cannot link ah they cannot find me in the database.
So I have to now pay like $75 for manual verification by FSMB and then I can proceed on to book my triad. Ah the ah the $75 will be added to my fee later on for the step one. But ah now what do I do? Like I have tried making the account three times with the same information. Exactly matching the information. That was in my in delt account and rechecking every retail but it still shows that they cannot find me in the system. One of my friends received an ah email stating their USMLA ID which she used to link her ah ah ECMG to the FSMB. But I am not received any kind of email and spin 18 days now. What do I do?
Should I pay those? $75 and proceed with the tried booking. Or does any email come? I don't think so it comes.
I tried ah researching their website and it only shows That when once the account shows accepted you have to proceed on with the FSMB login.

Need help

I did Pathoma Chapters 1–3 and then started Endocrine. I tried doing it with First Aid, but I found it really difficult to retain because I kept mixing up Pathoma and First Aid. The explanations and wording are different, and instead of helping, it feels like it’s making things more confusing.
The thing is, everyone says Pathoma is the gold standard for pathology and a must-do resource for Step 1, so I don't want to skip something important. But right now, using multiple resources feels overwhelming and is hurting my retention.
Now I’m honestly confused about how to move forward with pathology and resources in general. I don’t want to waste time jumping between multiple resources and end up remembering nothing.
For those who have already passed Step 1 or are scoring well, what would you recommend I do from here?
