Hey guys, some time ago finished my masters and have 1 year employment experience in Engineering (in Portugal). I am looking for options in BE/NL for personal reasons and my question is how difficult it is to land a Eng job there without much Dutch/flemish proficiency at start? And what is the expected salary/progression there? My language level is pretty basic rn, can only say basic phrases and understand small parts of a conversation, I am definitely looking to invest more time and effort into this. Reading is a bit less complicated than hearing but still not easy
