I know there are 10 million youtube videos about editing, but I am hoping to find one something where there are assignments where everybody edits the same photo at least sometimes - I think it would be helpful for me to learn to see the things I don't see right now by seeing what others did with the same raw image. Online or in person is fine... I'm currently using GIMP (barely) - I can't justify the cost of an expensive photo editing system I don't know how to use.

I am trying to learn what makes a good pic but I don't have a great eye (YET!) for seeing what people with more experience see as strengths and weaknesses and how to make it better.

What do you see and what would you change?
