PW have some of the best teachers form entire India but as soon as they join join they are forced to do cringe stuff. Do you know why.

Because feedback and youtube viewership. There is a tight competitive environment in the company. It all starts with MR doing cringe stuff getting views. He is considered the gold standard what people are supposed to do.

All the PW teachers have complained that as soon they start doing things seriously 😐. Their feedback tank. Feedback is given by students based on their feelings of the lecture. If a lecture is good dosent matter. High academic content dosent matter. Teacher doing cringe stuff and students feeling entertained, feedback increases.

A lot of examples like recently in last year Amit Mahajan has hired his own personal PR team to make viral content on Instagram.

Another problem faced by pw teachers is that average level of student is too low. So as soon as they teach high-level stuff in middle on class, feedback decreases and they are not paid.

Alakh himself enforced such stuff. They can easily ban all the lovey dovey chats in the app but they don't because it increases virality. They also don't allow any good teacher to have personal youtube otherwise they fear the teacher might become independent.

Plus the PR battles and politics there are extra ordinary. I have read a lot of posts here bad mouthing teachers, like slime vs MR and stuff. Remember if they dont do cringe viral stuff their salary will drop. They have to do it to get paid. I can make a detail post about old vs new teachers war going inside there someday.

There is an internal matrix which evaluate and give points to the teacher based on their academic content and virality. And virality always wins. Example ritik is one of the most cringe teachers with lowest academic content but he has high virality so he got big batches. Suneel on the other hand has best academic score. Highest ever in pw, he even beat alakh's score. He was instead removed from major batches last year and nearly quite pw this year. He was retained at last moment as to avoid a serious competitive threat. Samrriddhi has lowest academic content but a lot of virality. So she gets the batches. Rakshak has low virality and low academic score and still kept because he comes with a husband wife package for one salary so he is cheap to company.

That's one of the reason next topper was able to make a big dent and alakh had to come forward to teach himself. Only good teacher they have in entire foundation is suneel.

Also all the telegram channels and youtube they have launched last year are 100% owned by pw itself and that too was allowed in last year to combat next topper.

There are only a few people who know the depth of these scams. Even your favorite top teachers know and are involved in this. They just prefer to ignore it, otherwise, they will be left by the system to die.

Just to tell you in short:

The Vyapam scam happened up to 2013.

Fixers from MP operated on a mass level.

For more than 15 years, the maximum of all top 10 ranks were fixed in advance.

The scam got out because a fixer's girlfriend blackmailed him, and he mu####ed her, threw her body in Jabalpur, and tried to frame it as a s#####e.

An honest police officer thought that s#####e was improbable because she travelled by train and then came to a different city to harm herself, which is generally an impulsive decision and not well-planned.

The fixer connection was found.

The fixer's lab was found.

Records of the past few years were discovered.

Many doctors' medical degrees were cancelled.

Hundreds of medical students (rich kids, because the poor cannot buy papers) were put in jail.

Female students were r####d, and many of them came in front of a train to stop the torture.

The Dean of the Jabalpur medical college was involved.

He was going to put out details of the main culprit.

He was found dead.

Next, a new Dean was appointed; he promised to reveal details.

He, too, was found dead.

A media person interviewed the second Dean before his death and had all the proof against powerful people.

He, too, was found dead.

Now it was speculated that even family members of the Chief Minister of MP and many other political figures are legitimate doctors because of Vyapam. I am an old-timer.

I know some doctors who are still working and they got through via paper leaks. They are fifthly rich and one even runs one of the biggest hospitals of India.
