Hey everyone,

I recently had an accident, and the stock speedometer on my bike was damaged. Since I have to replace it anyway, I’m thinking of upgrading to the Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 speedometer setup instead of getting the stock one back.

I also wanted to know if it’s possible (and practical) to install the GT650 clip-on handlebars on my bike. Has anyone here tried this conversion before?

Would love to know:

• Compatibility issues
• Wiring or mounting problems with the GT650 speedometer
• Riding comfort after switching to clip-ons
• Any handling or posture changes
• Whether it’s actually worth doing or just better to stick with stock

Open to any other modification suggestions as well.
