I just submitted my application today and my manager told me that I'm going to be promoted to another job position by next week. Do I just send a webform informing IRCC and attach another reference letter for this position?

I've been very frustrated. Its been 5 days since I've been calling and emailing WES and they still cant provide a proper timeline on our reports. I cant download anything and it is only showing my old report. Website is up but cant do anything on it.

Can I just send my WES report that I used for licensing purposes just for the mean time?
