"I downloaded the game, and when I launched

it, the language selection options appeared. After completing the language setup and pressing start, a black screen appeared. However, the game didn't freeze completely; it didn't crash, and I can still move the cursor around, but the screen just remains black. I have tried every single solution available online, spending hours from dawn until noon just troubleshooting. I fell in love with this game just from the trailers and I really want to play it.
