Curious if anyone here has insight specifically into Anduril’s culture/process for non-SWE roles, especially around comms, marketing, BD support, etc.
Recently went through a pretty extensive interview process with multiple Zoom rounds and cross-functional conversations. Overall conversations were strong, but parts of the process felt a bit inconsistent. A couple interviewers joined late, seemed rushed/unprepared, etc. Hard to tell whether that’s just startup pace/internal chaos or a signal in itself.
For people who’ve been through it:
- Is Anduril generally pretty direct with rejections, or do they sometimes soft fade candidates?
- Is the culture on business/marketing teams pretty structured, or more “move fast and figure it out”?
- Do interviewers being rushed/disorganized tend to mean anything, or is that just normal there?
Have been rejected for the role but cu . Trying to get a better read on the company culture outside the engineering side. Leveling internally seems a bit off. Hiring managers with 5 years experience hiring for a manager level position that really should be Director level.
Appreciate any insight.
