After 6 months of hard work and dedication to a healthy lifestyle; clean eating, exercise and limited alcohol ive lost 55 pounds, all while still taking the starter dose of 2.5mg! While im so grateful I’ve gotten this far while on the starter dose, I’ve now gotten to a point where zepbound is becoming too expensive for me (I pay $500 a month) and plan to slowly taper off of my remaining vials taking one every 8-10 days. Zepbound has truly made such a wonderful change in my life and I’m hoping once I’m off of it I can stay on track of maintaining my weight loss without zepbounds help. Anyone who has have any advice there please let me know as I would like to lose atleast another 15-20 pounds!
