The panic is here and I’m unsure if I should move my exam.

Average EOR score was 410 with my final EOR being IM and scoring 439.

I’ve mainly been doing UWorld questions. With a 68% average when I mix all the content.

First new grad offer 126k in surgical specialty

I’m graduating soon and recently interviewed with a recruiter for an orthopedic PA position. They offered a starting salary of $126,000 for a new graduate. Is that a competitive offer?
The position is with a large hospital system in the Midwest and includes both clinic and OR time,
a 3–6 month onboarding/ramp-up period,
DEA registration covered,
216 hours of PTO, $2,500 CME allowance,
health insurance, malpractice coverage, and standard benefits.

For background, I completed an orthopedic spine surgery rotation during PA school and previously worked for a year as a medical assistant in an orthopedic practice. Should I ask for more??

Edit: The position is listed as a 40-hour-per-week role focused on hand, forearm, and elbow surgery. The practice has six surgeons, each paired with their own dedicated physician assistant, so I would likely work primarily with one surgeon. If another PA is unavailable, the remaining PAs provide cross-coverage as needed.
