Happy Monday!

I’m going to be 6 weeks post op this Thursday. When I got my surgery, my period was on its way. Likely within a day or two. I assumed or anticipated my cycle would start making it way around again, exactly 30 days+/-. It feels like it came “late”, likely due to healing and whatever.

Did you have more intense symptoms (other than cramps) than before hysterectomy? I swear…I must of just ovulated. 1. My boobs, mostly my left, has been aching for days. Like since Thursday. Worse than before surgery. 2. The hunger I have is uncontrollable. Can’t stop eating. 3. Horny. More than ever in my life.

These have to be all good songs right? Haha anyone else?

3 weeks post op. The other day I changed my bedding and without thinking, lifted the corners of the bed to fit the sheet around. As soon as I did one corner, I felt a little twang but no real pain.

When I went to bed that night I woke up with a spicy pain and have had it on and off since. It’s been 3 days. It’s localized near the incision. I’m thinking I strained the muscle that was cut through. No bleeding or spotting after the fact, thankfully.

Has anyone else has a similar strain experience and how long did the shit linger? I feel a few different zippy zappies all over and all of the sensations can get my brain thinking something else is wrong. I know everything is healing but I have a little health anxiety and it makes me crazy.

And before you tell me I did to much, I know lol I’m sorry, okay. Trying here!
