[STUDENT] I just updated my resume for Fall/Winter internships, is the recruiting season for fall and winter over?
As the title says, I'm starting to target fall/winter internships. Am I late?
Additionally, is leadership experience necessary? To give an example, the CS club in my school is hosting a hackathon next spring (first in a while), and I'm in an important leadership position (I got sponsors from a few places, managed our website, etc.)
I couldn't add a leadership section since I'm running out of space.
Quick note: Both Software Engineer positions were not internships or co-ops, I had a few people ask about it. They were part time positions (~30hrs/week give or take) but I was still held to the same standard. Should I specify they were part t positions? And will they prefer if I mention they're co-ops/internships instead?
Any recommendations? Is this good enough?
