First dealership I’m negotiating on a 2026 VW Tiguan SE with moonroof. Tulsa, OK 74114. Rate and rebate in pink are the initial offer, the sticky is what he gave me after pushing back.

Second dealership has a 2026 VW Tiguan SE, sans moonroof. The ally sticky notes are from that dealer.

Edmunds says MF and residuals are as follows:
36/15
.00124 MF and 61% residual
No lease incentives

36/12
Same MF and 63% residual

Thoughts? I had hoped to get under $450 but I’m wondering if I’m just delusional trying to get that low. 😅
