Solo Living + WFH Monthly Expenses?

for those in a solo living + WFH set-up, how much usually electric bill niyo every month? 😅

Planning to move out soon and I’m just trying to estimate magiging monthly expenses ko. WFH setup so gamit laptop halos buong araw.

I’ve already set my mind to not using aircon that much para makatipid, so curious ako kung magkano pa rin inaabot niyo kahit fan mostly gamit.

Ano rin gamit niyong electric fan na tipid sa kuryente pero okay pa rin? Stand fan? Tower fan? Yung inverter ba worth it?

Also, if you have other tipid tips for kuryente/grocery, pashare naman 🥲

Mga magkano rin monthly grocery niyo if solo lang?

Thankies!

Creatives & Marketing Career Path Advice?

HAI! Just wanted to ask ppl here who work in companies with strong creative/marketing departments (or companies known for hiring creatives) for some advice/recommendations.

I’m currently going almost 2 years into my social media/creative work, but my role has grown way beyond just handling social media. I do a mix of:

graphic design
content creation
video editing
web design
social media management
audience engagement
analytics/insights

As of now, I’m working remotely with multiple US clients across different niches (jewelry, dermatology, women-focused community/therapy brand, etc.). I’d say creatives/social media/content marketing is really the niche and career path I want to grow in long term.

I also have around 2 years of BPO experience from when I was in college, I don’t really know if that still helps career-wise haha.

So far, companies I’ve seen mentioned a lot for creatives/marketing are:
Canva
Philippine Star
Nestlé
Unilever

I’m from Mindanao, and honestly there aren’t a lot of opportunities locally for creatives unless you go freelance/remote, so I’m considering jumping back into corporate maybe by the end of this year or next year for bigger growth opportunities, mentorship, and experience.

Would appreciate:
company recommendations
what roles/titles I should actually look for
skills I should focus on if I want to move into bigger creative marketing roles
whether remote freelance experience is valued in PH corporate settings

Would also love to hear from people who transitioned from freelance/remote work back into corporate creatives/marketing.
