Is my Summer Walker outfit culturally appropriate?
I'm going to the Summer Walker concert this summer and I wanted to go dressed as her Over It album cover. I've ordered the jewellery that she's wearing, her durag and some iron-on bedazzled cherry transfers to create my outfit. However, I am white and I don't want my outfit to cause offence by me wearing a durag, which is not a part of my cultural heritage. Is it okay for me to wear this to her concert or should I rethink?
