Hi everyone,

I’m stuck and need urgent advice.
I had my US visa interview at the US Consulate in Dubai, and I selected Abu Dhabi for passport delivery. My status changed to Approved & Issued within 1 day, but my passport is still stuck at VFS Dubai and hasn’t been handed to Aramex yet.
It’s been 8+ days, and I have a flight coming up very soon.
VFS has no reachable support, and Aramex says they don’t have the passport yet.

Has anyone dealt with this in UAE?
Can I collect it directly from VFS?
Any way to escalate and speed this up?
Any advice would really help.
