heyy, so northeastern is currently one of my top choices for college, my other option being around $60k cheaper in total over 4 years. northeastern is a little out of my family's price range and we'd likely have to take out some loans to pay for it (i appealed financial aid around 2 weeks ago but they still haven't gotten back to me, so i'm assuming that's a fail); my other option is not super cheap but we would probably have to take out very minimal loans, if any. the money is definitely a factor that's on my mind when it comes to making a decision, but i'm curious if you, as northeastern students, would say that the experiential learning opportunities, co-op, quality of education here make all that extra money worth it. for context, i'm looking to major in political science and go down the pre-law track. considering that law school is pretty expensive, i don't think it makes much sense to go somewhere so expensive for undergrad, but i heard law schools like to see some work experience before you apply and i feel like northeastern would set me up better to get a job after graduation compared to the other school i'm considering. if anyone who's majored in polisci or been on the pre-law track at neu has any advice in this regard or can speak about their own experiences i'd really appreciate it
