I’m looking to switch from my current ISP which is Ethernet xpress and wanted to know:

• How often do fiber cuts happen?
• How quickly are issues usually resolved?
• Are the advertised speeds accurate?
• Can someone share the contact number of the local RailWire provider for Dabolim?
And if any better option than railwire also suggest and give me contact if possible
