I’m switching jobs for the first time after 2 years at my current company. I’ve been applying for the past few weeks through Naukri, Indeed, and by cold-emailing recruiters from LinkedIn job posts, but I’m not getting many responses.

I’d really appreciate honest feedback on my resume and suggestions on what I can improve.

I’d also appreciate advice on improving my chances of getting that first interview call, whether that’s better outreach strategies, networking, referrals, or anything else that has worked for you.
