Should i target ISB?

Hey guys! Im aiming ISB PGP next year. I am a QA Engineer at one of the network engineering company.

My Profile -

GMAT focus - 690 10th - 9.4/10 12th - 84.2% BTech - 9.34/10 ( tier 3)

Work ex - 1 yr internship and 1 yr full time as QA Engineer at a Fintech startup startup 2.5 years full time as QA engineer at network security company

Extra curriculars -

  1. Wrote a springer published research paper on Cyber Sec in college.
  2. Played Chess and Badminton in District level level.
  3. Played Football and Swimming in school level
  4. Led an international chain of NGO in my locality as secretary.
  5. Got a spot award at work.
  6. Did an internship at event management company and did an event successfully.
  7. Freelancing at chegg as SME for maths

The motivation- I think i am at a stagnant and monotonous phase of life where im stuck with tech and i will like to take on managerial positions or like new challenges. Also, the future for QA engineers looks bleek with all the AI shift.

The Dilemma- I am already earning a good amount of money with a permanant remote job. Close to 25lpa. I am not sure about if i should quit my job and pursue an MBA. Looking at the growth for QA, i think it would be beneficial to go for an MBA.

Do you think i can be accepted to ISB with this profile? And if you were in my position would you consider an MBA?

Thanks
