starting an aggressive cut or body recomp
hi everyone! i’m 18, currently at 140lbs, and have been quite consistent with the gym. i really want to cut weight since i’ve been feeling more insecure about my stomach. i’ve maintained calories (1400), and i’ve seen videos about cutting. i just don’t know how to fix my diet or if i have to edit my gym split. overall im confused, any and all tips are appreciated!
