Can’t remember whether it was manhwa or manga but mc is reincarnated into story/game as a duke.

Emperor in story seems different in the reincarnation and ends up “gifting” a fallen noble that was meant to be emperor/kings fiancé to him as a slave.

Mc’s original character was cold and somewhat sadistic and was originally a villain in the story.

Mc eventually stages a coup later in the story and turns the king into a women.
