Tried Esmeralda Geisha
I love coffee, i’ll start with that. I have a regular that comes into my cigar lounge that does well for himself. I bring him shots of espresso on occasion and he recently surprised me with a 100g bag of Esmaralda Geisha. I usually make espresso but with such a small bag I did aeropress with the fellow prismo attachment. I know it’s crazy expensive but it honestly was the best cup of coffee i’ve ever had. The peach notes were dominant and incredible. I’ve never had a coffee where the description was so accurate. I get cherry and chocolate a lot with espresso, the usual. But this coffee just blew my mind. I have 88 grams left so the question is, what can I do to get the full potential out of these beans?
