I just got flagged 100% ai for an assignment I spent 3 hours on. What do I do?

I don’t use ai on anything, and I’ve never been flagged for ai before in this class or any other for that matter. My teacher emailed me to tell me the assignment was 100% ai, told me to come see her and all that. it is impossible to check the history or progress of the document so I cannot prove none of it was pasted. the school year is almost ending and she’ll give me a 0 on the assignment if I cannot disprove it. Is there any way to prove it isn’t ai? or Atleast any suggestions y’all have to convince her?
