Hi! I’ve recently CCT’d in a different area of the country and my partner is moving to South Wales for a training position.

I feel burnt out from training and a really unsupportive ST3 practice. My goal would the 4-6 sessions per week max (ideally locum/OOH). I have a special interest in women’s health and am FRSH coil competent (but didn’t get a chance to practice this as my practice didn’t offer it in ST3).

I’d really appreciate any insight from trainees/salaried GPs/partners from the area about job availability and any suggestions for a newly trained GP moving to a completely different area. Aside from NHS jobs, are there any other good places to hunt for jobs? Thank you!
