Used Garneau Axelle 4, Large at 400$cad (negocicable) VS Triban or other options

I've been looking to get a bike for years now, the good deals get taken so quickly by the time I look at reviews and make sure I won't be traveling far for the bike to not even fit me, they are gone.

400$ is too much but it says used for 1 summer and price is negociable. he said the bike had a checkup and the tires are both new. The profile looks a bit shady to be honest, couple years old, no profile picture, 4 friends no reviews. If I can get it at 250$ or 300$ is it worth it?

If not I've heard it's similar to triban bikes from Decathlon, any comments about this, suggestion for better qaulity more durable bikes in this price range.

I'm around 6'11", never owned a racing or road bike. Always had like bmx or cheap mountain bikes. I'm probably looking for a hybrid because I don't want to be dealing with flat tires all the time.

I would use mainly on bike lane, roads and maybe some gravel road. Gravel bikes seem interesting too more solid but are usually more expensive. I want to bike this summer so I just got to buy something at somepoint.

Pictures. I could ask for more if required and ask him questions if needed
